I visited Cave Creek Arizona last year and ate at this Mexican restaurant
many many times.I always had the pollo fundito or shrimp.
I have a sudden craving tonight and couldn't find a recipe for this in my
web searches - only a canned soup type dip.
Would anyone have the authentic recipe for me?? Thank you.
