I feed them to my small parrot (laughing). Sorry, couldn't resist. I hate
carrots. But I have to buy them because the bird loves them. They are a
training treat.

Toss them in a stew (chicken, beef, or just vegetable stew). Chicken pot
pie. Use them in stir fry; they're small.
