Baking is great. I really like tilapia! Give it a light coating
of butter (or not) and squeeze lemon juice on it when it's
through. You can put all kinds of stuff on it and that tastes
great, too, but I like it with the bare minimum of extras. A
very light and delicate flavor. Yummy!
