Saute your favorite vegies and add in some sliced chicken when
the vegies are nearly done to warm the chicken. You have a nice
stir fry that will warm your bones on a cold day.

Alternatively, dice the chicken and add it to some chicken broth
with diced vegies for a hearty chicken vegetable soup.
