Hi FF,

I suspect you are thinking of Xia Guan, they are the ones who changed
to the Crane logo. Back when the State owned all of the factories the
logos were all very similar. This cake is from CNNP (China National
Native Produce) factory who still uses the old stylized Cha symbol
logo. These cakes are widely available and are not necessarily very
old. In this case they are a charging a steep premium for the fancy
gift box.
