I would say cook the entire package and keep the extra as
you would normal leftovers. A few days to a week, depending
on how cold and constant a temperature your icebox keeps.
I'd err on the low side for fish, mac-and-cheese is probably
safe longer than any of the others. If it grows fur or smells
funky, you probably shouldn't eat it. Good luck.
