Where are they ?
It's possible that they only hire staff on a part-time basis and that there
is nobody in their office right now. For instance, in Japan, in this season
nobody sells tea, because last year's tea is already sold, and this year's
won't be available till April-May (at the best). Normally customers are
aware of that and don't try to order when it's impossible.
Maybe you should ask about the mailing issue to a retailer in the same
country, they are probably answering the mails year round.
