I wouldn't call it extremely valuable. It was
just interesting, even though I define need
differently. In order to live a healthy, happy
life, I need air, water, food, shelter, etc.

The last line of the post was like a self-
sabotage. He ruins what little he was
able to communicate by ending it
with that.
