Thanks, but that's not what I'm looking for. I have a bunch of jam and
jelly to use up, plus I want something thickened with cornstarch (and
the pectin in the jam) rather than gelatin.

An ounce of gelatin? Are you sure that recipe is right? I would expect
only 1 or 2 packets of gelatin.
