Default recipe for mixed frozen seafood

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scallops (especially ocean scallops, as opposed to bay scallops,) are
best browned in olive oil on both sides (without over cooking them,) and
served with a bit of salt, white pepper, and fresh lime/lemon juice.
Does justice to them!
