The ones we see here are at the supermarkets and restaurants, swimming
around in tanks. These I recognize!
However, what exactly are rock lobster tails - are they really lobster? I
don't even know what rock lobsters are -I only know they are as expensive as
lobster here but don't know if they're worth it.
