Roasted Sweet Potatoes

6 large sweet potatoes
salt, pepper, garlic powder
balsamic vinegar

So simple and wonderful. Cut potatoes into thick wedges as for steak
fries. Season with salt, pepper
and garlic. Sprinkle with vinegar. Either roast along with meat of choice
until fork tender or in
a pan at 375F until browed and tender.Serves 6.
