Yup, they are probably trolling for money.
Had a friend, she got a baby girl from China after her brother and his wife had
gotten one. Her brother died shortly after.
I just can't raise up a kid. But, in my will, the kitties will be looked after
well.

Said friend became history when she came for a visit and we made an agreement:
one painting for airfare to Florida. She got the painting but forgot about the
airfare. I just can't forgive her for that, I was a starving artist at that
time and she had a huge inheritance (sp). At that time, I really could have
used the bucks or a nice visit to see her in Florida.

So, she bought a baby and good for her. The baby would probably not have been
treated well in China.

But, I know my old friend: she will get a lot of mileage out of this.
