Simple, find an off-the-shelf hot sauce that is not vinegar-based.
But then, they won't be Buffalo Hot Wings any longer.

What he said. GOTTA be Frank's Hot Sauce and melted butter. GOTTA have the
bleu cheese dressing (ROKA, if ya can find it) and celery sticks.
