I would agree, but please don't waste this on babyback ribs. Spare
ribs, or even what we down here would call "country style ribs" (which
aren't ribs at all) would be more appropriate for this dish. The
babybacks are too nice and too expensive to be buried in all of these
flavors, IMHO.
