About three tablespoons for each dish, unless it is very hot: if
this is the case, reduce amount under tolerable levels. Note:
some formats of pasta "drink" more sauce than others, think
maccheroni or tortiglioni compared to simple spaghetti. I wrote 3
spoons because you're going with spaghetti, for maccheroni I'd
recommend 4 spoons.

No, but when you take spaghetti out of theyr cooking water be
careful not to leave them too much dry.

Spaghetti oe sauce? The sauce is probably a pre-cooked one, or is
it simply tomato sauce? In the second case you'll have to
throughly cook it, otherwise just warm it and remove from fire as
it starts smoking.
