It's not about beer, but: most of that oil is locked up in tar sands,
and takes a lot of effort to extract. But I imagine a large-scale
effort to extract as efficiently as possible (which isn't very
efficient, and will probably lay waste to the enivironment) will
be underway pretty soon, if not already.
