I got one for Christmas too, and have only sealed one bag so far, but I've
got a few canisters filled. I also got the jar-sealer things, and I can see
how those are going to be really handy, especially for things that I'm going
to want to open and reseal multiple times. And canning jars and lids are
pretty cheap.
