Howdy,

My guess is that you "set" the oven for 95F but that it is
actually somewhat hotter than that. A bit over 110F and the
yeast will be killed.

Have you checked the setting of the oven (or the rolls
themselves) to see what the temperature actually is?

Also, you posted this to the sourdough group, but you are
not using sourdough. Let's keep it here.
