The bag in box design is a soft bag so the bag compresses as you pour and
lets no air in. Whether or not aging will improve the wine is dependant upon
what was done to it before it was bottled.

Dice up some melon, grapefruit, lime and apples and add a few cinnamon
sticks and enjoy a homemade sangria.
