We've had a bit of rain lately, though not enough falling in the
catchment areas to boost the water reserves back to reasonable levels.
Usually, though, the rain is in the form of a storm, then 5 minutes later
the sun is back out and it's like walking around in a sauna. Yesterday,
however, it was not like that.
The slightly rainy weather was also nice and cool - not the usual
stinking hot, probably humid, Christmas day where we have to have the air
conditioning going all day. Also no smelling the smoke of bushfires. It
was nice, comfortable weather. And for those who like to do the hot
Christmas lunch, it was much more suitable weather for that! We have a
cold lunch - had ham, cold turkey, prawns and salad - with my sister, her
husband and two boys. It was a lovely day.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas day.
