A few weeks ago we bought an ILVE H60CVX cooktop.

The aluminium rings that surround the burners seem to be impossible to
clean.

We have tried with dishwashing liquid and a degreaser, as per the
instructions, neither of which worked.

Is this a common problem with the ILVE units?

Should we be using a different cleaning agent?

Have other people had similar experiences?
