Not true. I use OE and I don't subscribe to these crossposted groups and in
fact have never visited nor considered visiting most of them.

I know you can killfile entire domains by creating rules to block the
senders; I'd be hard pressed to bother figuring out every single ng from
which someone might be cross posting. It's usually pretty obvious from the
subject what is going to be assinine and cross posted. If you have to read
the first post to figure it out, with OE just mark the thread as IGNORE and
don't bother reading or responding to the replies. My two cents.
