Chipped Beef Dip

8oz pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsps milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 Tbsp prepared horseradish
4 oz dried chipped beef, chopped
dash pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsps butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except pecans and butter; mix well and put into
a heatproof serving dish.
Saute pecans in butter and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
Bake about 15-20 minutes until warm but not runny.
Serve with corn chips or crackers.

Chipped Beef Dip

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 bunches green onion
2 jars Armour dried beef
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Finely chop the green onions. Cut the dried beef into small pieces.
Simply mix all the preceding ingredients together in a medium size bowl
until well mixed, then form in a mold on a platter. Good with Hi-Ho
crackers.

Dried Beef Dip

"This is a yummy beef dip that we make for every party. Serve it with
pieces of pumpernickel bread, or in a bread bowl made from a round
pumpernickel loaf. Very easy and tasty!"

recipe yield: 2.5 cups.

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 (8 ounce) jar dried beef, chopped

In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dry Italian-style salad
dressing mix and dried beef. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8
hours, or overnight, before serving.
