My candidate for the top prize here remains the blowfish (fugu).
As I've said before, I always have to wonder about the SECOND
person who tried fugu. I can just see it now:

"Man, I'm hungry. Hey, I've got an idea - how about
we try some more of that fish that killed Yamamoto-san
last week?"
