Apple Cake

Applebutter Inn Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania


4 apples (chopped into small pieces)
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Mix all together and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9x13
cake pan.
