Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin mixture
3 eggs
2/3 cup pumkin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
Frosting
6 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup or less powder sugar
13x91/2x1/2 deep pan
Line with greased wax paper
Mix pumpkin mixture until very smooth
Pour into pan and bake 350 f , about 15 min.
Roll in towel, refridge 2 hrs
Mix frosting, frost unrolled cake, re roll and chill 1 hr.
