I had one 20 years.. got rid of it and went to Viking. Get the griddle
plate and don't use the grates. It will channel most fat to the jar
under. You can do most things on the griddle..even does a great steak. If
you want to 'Grill' do it outside..too much clean up and smoke to boot.
