You don't have a theory, you have an unproven
hypothesis. Over time people tend to produce low
level of digestive enzymes due to AGING.
If you look at how the digestive tract is regulated
your hypothesis doesn't float.
In short, you are wrong. You need to go
read an A&P textbook and then study the
effect of aging on nutrient status.
