I agree. To me the main thing was having the bottles outside, which is
unusual in Italy. Most people have them under the sink. The plumber
grumbled at having to put the copper pipes through the 3 foot thick walls,
but I then was sanguine about saftey. Now I have a buried 500 liter tank
far from the house and feel even better about it. I love having an electric
oven, but hate electric surfaces.
