Baked Pork and Rice
1 pound Ground Pork
1 cup raw Rice
1 can Onion Soup
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup chopped Green Onions, with green tops included
1/3 cup chopped Celery
1/4 snipped fresh Parsley
1/3 cup chopped Bell Pepper
1 tsp. Creole Seasoning
Brown meat, with onions and celery. When no longer pink drain well. Mix
raw rice into meat mixture. Place in 13x9x2 inch greased baking dish. Add
soups, vegetables and 1 tsp. creole seasoning. Cover with foil tightly.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
Yield: 6 servings
