Default Removing silverware marks from dishes?

Pencil eraser. Choose a quality pencil eraser like Eberhard Faber "Pink
Pearl". First test for abrasion in an inconspicuous spot like the bottom of
the piece. Btw, those streaks are in all liklyhood made only by knives... do
not use your finest formal dinnerware for serving steak or any other foods
requiring heavy cutting, and even then invest in quality steak knives, they
require less pressure therefore are far less likely to mark.
