I do like celery, but you have to go easy on it as well if used as a
flavoring. :-) Peppers too.
A really yummy thing tho' is to mix just sliced celery with button
mushrooms as a side dish. Don't add anything else except maybe a little
butter.
I strongly agree about carrots having an overwhelming flavor! My mom
pointed it out to me once, and I realized she was right.
