I've found that cinnamon can go with a remarkable number of things,
especially if you use just a pinch of it.

It can add that "just so" flavor to some stuff. I'm still experimenting
with it.

My mom used to put it on top of the ricotta cheese layer in lasagna, and
it was fabulous!
