My diet's kinda weird these days (has to do with losing
weight and maintaining muscle), but the way I tune the
ratios is with carrots for carbs and almonds or olives
for "good fat". The three go together really well. I
just eat them alongside whatever else I'm eating, but
I suppose I could figure out a way to process them for
presentation and integration.
