Red apples, rosy apples...
.... cinnamon apples -- whatever you call them.
You know; apples stewed with those cinnamon candies (red hots).
I've tried several varieties of apples, and the ones you'd *think* would
work tend to fall apart. Specifically, Granny Smith apples, which are
rather solid, surprised me by turning to absolute mush.
What kind of apples do you use?
