Karen's recipe for 'tuna things'? The bases for those are bread slices
crisped in muffin cups (cheaper than puff pastry!)

Garnish! Tart(!) things up with chopped parsley or sieved egg or
parmesean curls or crisp bacon bits. It makes things look 'finished.'
I'd loan you my Japanese spiral slicer that makes lovely radish or
carrot 'hair' if I could.
