Cake Mix Oatmeal Cookies

1 stick margarine, softened (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup butter flavored vegetable shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 box yellow cake mix
1 teaspoon Tupperware cinnamon-vanilla spice
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut

In a bowl, cream together margarine, shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs,
water, and half of cake mix. Beat until smooth Stir in remaining cake mix,
cinnamon vanilla spice, oats raisins, pecans, chocolate chips and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with
silicone wonder mat

Bake @ 375 for 10 - 12 minutes
Makes 8 - 9 dozen cookies
