Planked Salmon with Vegetable Medley

4 Salmon Filets
1 Can golden corn soup
1/2 cup half & Half
2 cup broccoli florets
1 cup carrots
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese

In saucepan, heat soup and milk to boiling, stirring often. Stir in
vegetables. Return to boiling. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or
until vegetables are tender, stirring often. Stir in cheese. Heat
through.
Place Salmon filets on a prepared cedar planks, generously salt and pepper
and add a dash of dill . Cook 8 mins on high heat. Plate on heated plate.
Serve with vegetable Medley
