Kate, I have the Waldorf Astoria Cookbook and there is nothing in it
that sounds at all like what you are trying to find. (

I don't believe that any of the restaurants in that hotel ever served
something with Coolwhip or mini marshmallows. Have you tried
contacting the hotel? They might be able to help you.
