Just about anything that is available as a fillet. For example, I think
some fast food chains sell whitefish or cod. I've had Tiliapia. And if
you're in Texas, don't miss out on a big plate of fried catfish.

There's a small chain brewhouse in the California Bay Area called
Tied House, and they serve these deep-fried smoked salmon fish &
chips that are highly addictive and wonderful.
