While I agree (as long as you really mean "generally"), there are
exceptions. Locally, their is a few Brio/Bravo restaurants which have
maintained consistently good food. However, I don't know if this is
true outside of my area (Greater Cincinnati.) The prices are quite
acceptable as well. Otherwise, I also avoid most chains, except for
breakfast and lunch on the run.
