When eggs are super cheap I buy up to 20 dozen. They keep for 90 days or
more for me. I don't use them to eat, but I use them for baking. Stores
generally have very cheap eggs right before Easter as a loss leader, so I
anticipate stocking up this week. If not, I get eggs in the 7.5 dozen box
at Costco.
