That's after thawing I hope. Not gonna marinate well at a 20 min thaw nor
cook well at 30 mins. Unless you're using that Flavowave oven (provided
it works as advertised, had something like it a long time ago, worked well,
but was a horrendous housekeeper and tossed it rather than try to clean it
lol);.
