Googling turned up several hits. You just need to know what to google on. I
did it on "Ghirardelli milk chocolate lb or pound -basket -assortment -
gift"

One such store it turned up is:
http://www.candyandstuff.com/ghir10lbchoc.html.

Cost Plus World Market also routinely has bulk Ghirardelli milk chocolate.

If you want to *really* splurge and get the best milk chocolate in the
world (at least IMHO), you can get a 2-kg box of Michel Cluizel's Chocolat
Grand Lait Cacao Pur Ile de Java 50% from http://www.chocosphere.com.

As far as I'm concerned, the Cluizel is the only milk chocolate also
available in any sort of bulk form that's better than Ghirardelli. There
are a few other milk chocolates that I think also best the Ghirardelli -
Bonnat's Asfarth, Domori's LatteSal, Scharffen Berger's Milk Chocolate, and
Slitti's Lattenero 62% and 70% - but none of these are available in bulk
form.
