Maybe, but it's not a practical option for me. Don't have a smoker and don't
have a living situation that would allow me to get one. :-)

Besides, this is not a pulled pork crowd, it's more of a hot dogs crowd.

I didn't ask what to serve INSTEAD of the menu I came up with, anyway.
I asked what I could possibly add to it. :-)
