I just use a cup of lour, and 3/4 cup of beer to start. Then whisk it
and add beer until it's the right texture. I toss some dried or
chopped parsley in there, too, but I'm not sure if it adds much. I
like the look of the speckles. :-)
I've seen that many recipes also add MSG (Accent), too.
