Default Borgata unscientific food review

Borgata Hotal Casino, Pool and Spa
Atlantic City, NJ

Just went there for an overnight stay, pull a few handles and drink a few
beers.

Had a cheap dinner at The Metropolitan. Ordered the hamburger and fries.
The hamburger was virtually tasteless. The fries were cold and limp. The
place stunk of rot of some sort. I didn't finish the burger or fries
(which for me hasn't happened, practically ever).

Went to the buffet breakfast ($15.00). Pretty good spread but the problem
was things being overcooked (pancakes/french toast), to partially raw
(bacon/sausage). The sausage gravy was horrible. The sausage bits in it
didn't even taste like the sausages you could pluck from the steam tray.

The scrambled eggs in the steam tray looked very watery. The omelette
maker did a fine job on inspection, but I didn't partake.

The whole spread was twice redundant to handle the croud but the two
differed in "doneness" of the items.

I asked the gal that you pay entry, if they had biscuits and gravy and
she said "nope." When in fact they did.

Pretty drab, although the help was friendly and curtious.

The entrance cattle-herding "anti-stampede?" chutes resembled a maze! I
got stuck in one chute for the high-rolling cows and the rest of the cows
pointed me around the outside rails to the back of the room to correctly
"fall in line."

Granted, these were the "low-price" offerings...
