I'll go to Cost Plus this weekend and see if they have it. If not I'll
just get the 10lb bar since you've convinced me that I'll be able to
use it for many different applications. (I'll use it up for sure!)

I only meant environmentally wasteful, All those wrappers bug me.

IMHO it had a odd after taste that none of the others I tried this
time had. I keep trying it though since I have still have a few of the
10g bars and it seems to be growing on me.

I did not take the limited supply into consideration but I will from
now on.

Again thank you for your insight. Advice like yours is absolutely
needed by anyone that wants to use chocolate. I will be using your
recomendations when I place my next order this week. I'll have to add
some Amedei Toscano Black 66% since my mother in law loves it and
wants to use it this year.
