I'm not familiar with Trader Joe's Multi but a quick way to check the
quality of your Multi is by the Vitamin E... If it says "DL-Alpha" then
it's junk... toss it in the trash... If it says "D-Alpha (notice the
missing L) then you've got a quality product... DL-Alpha is synthetic
Vitamin E and *NOT* what studies used when they made the claim of
reduced heart disease... An excellent One-A-Day is Blue Bonnets Multi
One... it's only around $7.99 a month...
